During this webinar, the facilitator demonstrates how iMovie can be used to create engaging course videos. NEW CANVAS GRADEBOOK New Canvas Grade-book introduces the New Canvas Grade-book and how it helps instructors easily view and enter grades for students. The webinar live- demonstration includes locating grade-book tools and functionality controls. NEW CANVAS QUIZZESS New Canvas Quizzes introduces New Quizzes, the new assessment engine built to meet the assessment needs in classrooms today and in the future. In this webinar, participants learn what New Quizzes are, how to create a New Quiz, how to utilize the new question types, and how to manage New Quizzes. New Quizzes in Canvas offer instructors additional avenues to assess learning. PERSONALIZED LEARNING USING MASTERY PATHS Personalized Learning Using Mastery Paths demonstrates how instructors can customize learning experiences for students. This session introduces participants to the capabilities and use cases of Mastery Paths. Participants explore ways that Mastery Paths can be used to differentiate assignments or provide choices for students. PRE-SEMESTER TIPS AND TRICKS Pre-Semester Tips and Tricks introduces participants to helpful tips and tricks in preparation for the semester. Course curation and course management are discussed. PRESENTING WITH PEAR DECK Presenting with Pear Deck provides instructors with live training on the Pear Deck Google Add-On for Google Slides. Pear Deck is an interactive presentation tool used to actively engage students in individual and social learning. Using this tool can promote increased social presence and engagement in classes.
