I. Open Forum MSVCC Calendar and AOA (MCCB) – Dr. LeBrun • The fall 2026 to summer 2027 calendar was approved by the Academic Officers Association in April 2025. • The fall 2027 to summer 2028 calendar was approved at the October AOA meeting, presented by Dr. Calhoun. • Dr. LeBrun mentioned that Dr. Wilhite needs confirmation of the calendar approval to add it to the ET. Grade PassBack in Canvas to SIS (NWCC) • The group discussed the possibility of grades coming from Canvas to the new SIS. • Kim Harris (NEMCC) stated that their institution is passing grades from Canvas to their SIS (Ellucian). • Kim Harris (NEMCC) offered to connect with others to discuss the setup on the Canvas side.
