Dr. Christa Wilhite, MCCB 1. Canvas Security Incident Webinar (11 a.m. or 8 pm) – Dr. Christa Wilhite, MCCB, provided the registration link to the Canvas Security Webinar. She mentioned the registration link is on the agenda if anyone in the group has not signed up yet. She also mentioned that there is an 8:00 p.m. option this evening if that works better for anyone's schedule. 2. DEN Webinar FY2027 – Suggestions/Opinions Requested – Dr. Wilhite mentioned that her main questions today were regarding the DEN webinar schedule. She stated that historically, she has conducted needs assessments or reached out directly to determine training priorities. She mentioned that she wanted to briefly share some of the faculty and participant feedback she has received regarding future sessions. She stated that she will likely send an email next week asking for any additional input or suggestions for webinar topics. She mentioned the feeback back in which she had received. Dr. Wilhite mentioned that she received significant requests related to AI, in various forms, including: • AI in math without cheating • Responsible AI use • AI-resistant assessments • Supportive AI assessments She mentioned that she could see a strong webinar series built around those topics. Other requested areas she mentioned were:

• Creating effective instructional videos • Tech tools and apps • Accessibility (particularly graphics and accessible documents) • Google apps • Mastery gradebook • Badging

From her perspective, she mentioned she would not worry about Google apps training since we are Microsoft institutions, and our IT departments primarily support Microsoft products. Unless directed otherwise, she doesn ’ t believe Google training would be the best direction.
