Wanted to add a statement about the provider college and the colleges much update their faculty credentials certification form to include all courses for which the faculty are qualified to teach. She mentioned this was an addition because they noticed that some credential forms are not being kept current, particularly when instructors earn additional degrees or complete additional coursework. Those updates are not always reflected on the certification form. This revision ensures that faculty credentials remain accurate and up-to-date. They also added clarifying language regarding syllabus uploads. Mentioning that they have encountered instances where blank syllabus documents were uploaded to the ET. This revision reinforces that all required syllabus information must be included. Blank documents should not be uploaded. This language aligns with and reinforces existing policy expectations. She mentioned that one section previously referred to “Proctored Exams.” They have updated the terminology to “Required Assessments.” They will add a separate header titled “Proctored Exams,” which will retain the same information that has historically been included under that section. They also reinstated two items that had been removed and should not have been. The maximum of four proctored exams for four-credit-hour courses. The time limit requirement for those exams Both have now been added back into the PMP. In another section, they corrected an error in terminology. It previously referenced the host instructor, but it should have stated provider college. Next was the Project-Based Assessment language. Kim Harris circulated this draft a couple of weeks ago. Based on the feedback she received, she developed this revised language for inclusion in the document.
