will review the form to confirm that the correct version is publicly available and aligned with what is included in the PMP. She discussed whether to retain the MSVCC Student Course Evaluation in the appendix. Feedback indicates that: • Usage is relatively low and not system-wide. • Some colleges use their own internal evaluation systems. • In at least one instance, a faculty member offered extra credit for completing the evaluation, which raised concerns about anonymity. Despite limited usage, the group agreed to retain the evaluation form for the small number of students who may still use it. It does not create an undue burden to keep it available. They will also retain the related survey document included in the appendix. Dr. Krista LeBrun, MCCB, made a request regarding submission requirements for the Secretary of State’s office as part of the APA process. Because the Governance Framework must be submitted as part of one complete document, the group agreed to: • Include the Governance Framework as an appendix in the PMP for purposes of the APA submission. • The framework may still be referenced by link in other contexts if preferred. Including it as an appendix will ensure compliance with submission requirements. Angel Nickens, NWCC, asked a question building on what was just discussed. She asked if there was a way to include a statement that allows for flexibility in emergency situations. For example, if we encountered a service outage or an urgent need requiring immediate action, is there language that would allow us to act without going through the full standard process? She suggested bypassing governance, but rather allowing for a defined emergency exception when it is in the best interest of the consortium, our students, and our instructors. Kim Harris, NECC, mentioned that she had reviewed the document but did not see clear language addressing emergency needs.
