However, if the body wants to continue using the Strategic Plan as part of procurement justification, it may need to be aligned with our annual needs assessment to demonstrate a clear connection to purchasing decisions. She mentioned that she will leave that up to the body. That said, MAC has never requested a copy of the Strategic Plan from me. Which she bases her budget on has to tie back to it. She asked the questions if any of the other committees had a Strategic Plan. Buffy Matthews, MGCCC, mentioned that all information goes through committees and then is brought to the Association. She mentioned that she thinks we would be okay with removing the Strategic Plan.
