Michelle Mitchell, PRCC,. mentioned that she is fine with that, but we need to make sure the committees are going to have to report more often to ensure things are happening. She mentioned to her that the strategic plan helps the committee know where they are with things, like a checklist of what they’re supposed to be doing and where things are. She mentioned that we can most certainly remove it if that’s what the group wants to do. Michelle Mitchell, PRCC, continued with her presentation. She mentioned that we removed the PMP history from the PMP because it’s about 17 pages long. She mentioned that the admin committee recommended maybe only including one year of the current change, and then linking out to an additional document that has all of the history. She made a motion for the admin committee to approve the MSVCC Policy and Procedure manual with the suggested changes and remove the Strategic Plan. Monica Johnson, CCC, seconded the motion , with no discussion. Dr. Christa Wilhite, MCCB, confirmed the writing on the motion. Approve the proposed changes, including the removal of the strategic plan, to the MSVCC Policies and Procedures manual. She asked the group if we were all good with that. A yes was received from Michell Mitchell. The vote was 13 out of 13. Buffy Mitchell, MGCCC, mentioned that MGCCC did not vote that they are traveling to graduation, but she does approve as well. The final draft of the PMP will be uploaded to the MELO course. Dr. Krista LeBrun, MCCB, spoke on the changes made to the Contractual Governance Framework. She mentioned that there were minor changes to it. She mentioned that she has shared the document with the Support and Admin committees. She mentioned that both committees have documents with track changes. Van Morse mentioned that upon examination, Dr. LeBrun had suggested that, when it comes to the portion related to Appendix A with the new tool request form. He mentioned that he went ahead and suggested that we consider the potential solutions option; he suggested that it not be an
