Dr. LeBrun asked Michelle Mitchell if we need to vote on that separately from the overall policies and procedures document. Michelle Mitchell, PRCC, stated, " Yes. " She stated that a motion needs to be made to vote on the actual framework document because we don’t have this right now. So, she mentioned that we are actually voting on the entire document, not just the changes. Van Morse, MGCCC, made the motion to move that we, as a collective body, accept the changes made to the Governance Framework. She mentioned that she understands the need for structure and safeguards, and she agrees that those are important. She said she wondered whether there is a provision that allows for emergencies. Specifically, was there language that addressed urgent needs that may not fit within the established timeline.
