Yes - Does the student have official MDCPS documentation demonstrating that the minor is in the care of a MDCPS affiliated licensed family foster home, residential caring agency or child placing agency where the minor currently resides?

Yes – In State Tuition No - Out of State Tuition

No – Out of State Tuition
