Just as characters with their interactions and changing circumstances define the narra- tive of the story, office personnel with interactions and challenges define the culture and di- rection of an organization. My love of reading provided me with “practice” opportunities to hone my skills and to broaden my perspective to address complex situations. My personal and professional story will forever be intertwined with my love of reading and the foundation of learning it certainly brought me.
