In the 2021-2025 Strategic Plan, Dr. Mayfield analyzed the agency in an effort to outline the direction and goals for continued success at MCCB. Please take some time to read the document in its entirety. Within your division, address oppor- tunities and challenges that may arise within your functional area. Use this time to plan accordingly and take a proactive approach to ward off any potential roadblocks. This is the key to developing and sustaining a culture of resilience “while keeping the main thing in fo- cus.” Below you will find concise infor- mation about the Strategic Plan. I have taken the liberty to highlight some best practices as well as ques- tions to consider as you assess your division and/or functional area.
