There is already a lot going on in 2021. So it’s understandable that you won’t catch all the great webinars and sessions that are offered. Fortunately, recordings are available for your review. This information is being made available to serve as a resource for those day-to-day tasks such as: instructions for purchasing and travel,

formatting a presentation, or learning some unfamiliar aspect of Office 365.

Think of the professional development sessions as tools. These tools are in place to provide you with infor- mation at your ready and to consolidate your search efforts when needing some particular guidance regard- ing work obstacles. The wellness sessions are a bonus. It is about addressing the needs of the entire staff. This is premium information for which you would otherwise pay to access. We desire all to achieve the best possible balance for mental and physical wellbeing, thus the many and varied wellness sessions designed to meet the diverse needs of our colleagues. Our inclusive approach is to provide informative material. This includes mental health support and more. It may not always be what you need in the moment; however, you may need the information in the future. For example, you wouldn’t throw out your tools just because a circumstance requires a wrench and not a screwdriver. Be selective. Choose the tools you may currently need and reference the others at a later date.
