Q Can employers require employees to be vaccinated?

A Yes, however there are several considerations that need to be addressed with such a position. At this time, State of Mississippi employees are not required to be vaccinated for the COVID-19 virus.

NOTE: the EEOC says coronavirus vaccines are not medical exams and, thus, not prohibited under the ADA.
