Dr. Tierra Flowers

 Dr. Flowers is a subject matter expert in her field; She changed the face of professional development for Adult Ed- ucation.  She has shown the initiative to learn and implement new innovative training for instructor and directors statewide;  Dr. Flowers had a tremendous impact on her division from day one; she is humble, kind and highly motivated;  Dr. Flowers exhibits professionalism and has developed great working relationships with national programs and partners;  She is valued by her teammates and completes each task with commitment and a focus on quality;  Dr. Flowers’ work ethic is amazing and she serves as a won- derful mentor.
