Return to Work – At a Glance
1. Starting the day
a. Perform a self-check (temperature/symptom check) prior to leaving home i. Do not come to the office if you are showing symptoms and/or have a temperature of 100.4 F – contact your physician ii. Do not come to the office sick with or without a fever b. Complete your Daily Log entry for contact tracing purposes c. Wear your mask/PPE 2. In the office a. Enter the building at staggered times b. Mask/PPEs are mandatory in all common areas (hallways, elevators, restrooms, breakrooms, copier rooms, etc.) c. Limit elevator capacity d. Visit the sanitization counter to sterilize hands after touching common surfaces e. Practice frequent and thorough hand washing f. Cover coughs and sneezes g. Keep your office door closed h. Do not visit co-workers i. Avoid using the offices, phones, supplies or equipment of other employees 3. Internal meetings a. Practice social distancing
i. Remain 6 feet apart ii. Limit room capacity iii. Zoom participants
4. External meetings
a. Practice social distancing
i. Wear your mask/PPE ii. Remain 6 feet apart iii. Limit room capacity
5. Visitors a. Inform visitors that mask/PPEs are mandatory in all common areas (areas listed above) b. MCCB staff must receipt, log, and take the temperature of all visitors i. Complete the MCCB Visitor Log – for contact tracing purposes
c. Visitors must be escorted to the meeting location d. Visitors cannot visit additional staff during the visit e. No children are allowed (at this time) a. Put on your mask/PPE b. Place your trash receptacle in the hallway c. Limit elevator capacity d. Leave the building at staggered times e. Clean your mask/PPE
