EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS
The Executive Director or Personnel Director shall be responsible for assuring that an annual appraisal of job performance is conducted for each employee. Appropriate forms and associated information shall be developed as a part of carrying out this responsibility. The Board shall have the responsibility of carrying out the annual evaluation of the Executive Director.
