A meeting of the Distance Learning Coordinator’s Association was held on Wednesday, October 05, 2005 at the State Board for Junior and Community Colleges building in Jackson, MS.

CALL TO ORDER. Andrea Scott called the meeting to order at 10:06 am.

II. The minutes from the association meeting on August 2, 2005 were approved as presented.

Unfinished business a. DLC Contact Information i.

Andrea Scott distributed a listing of the Distance Learning contact information for each college that has been gathered thus far. She asked members to update their office contact information (along with proctor contact information) on the Blackboard community site. Ms. Kimble stated that when Mr. Burnett completes the change to the course information (one field for syllabus rather than multiple), she will send out an email giving the standard buttons to be used in Blackboard that should be forwarded to all instructors.
