CALL TO ORDER. Christian Pruett called the meeting to order at 10:00a.m.

BLACKBOARD CONFERENCE CALL. a. Stacey Bryant conducted a web-conference. Items covered were a basic overview of snapshot, snapshot error types, and common check point items to help in the resolution of errors. She will provide a recording of the web-conference via email. b. Please see the attached file, Blackboard Web-Conference Overview, for detailed notes on the web conference. c. A conversation ensued about the restart of the identity manager over the summer. There are concerns that with greater traffic during the fall semester that Bb will need to restart the identity manager more often. Usha stated that some of the database slow down issues were related to problems with the new Bb Grade Center. Stacey and Usha will work with Phil on locating potential issues related to the restarting of servers and identity manager.
