CALL TO ORDER. Jennifer called the meeting to order at 9:58a.m.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA a. Chris Jenkins would like to discuss textbooks and financial aid, as well as the discrepancy in the no-show reports from each school. b. Jackie would like to discuss the status change that students receive when they withdraw from a course. APPROVAL OF AUGUST 2008 MINUTES a. Chris Jenkins made a motion to approve the August 2008 minutes. Phyllis Johnson seconded the motion. The minutes were approved as presented.

BLACKBOARD UPDATES a. BLACKBOARD RESOURCES MODULE i.

Terry Pollard provided a sign in sheet for those that are interested in placing the Blackboard Resources Module to each college’s Bb site. Each college can request where they would like the module to appear. The module is used as a troubleshooting website. Please let Terry know if you have any questions related to this module.
