I. Call to Order. The meeting was called to order at 10:31a.m. This will be Derrix Betts last meeting. He will be greatly missed! We would like to welcome quests Richa from Presidium and Cynthia Williams from Coahoma Community College. II. Approval of Agenda. The following items were added to the agenda under open forum: (1) Update on student names appearing in Blackboard – Jackie Bailey-Hall (2) Symposium Live - Phyllis Johnson (3) Letter of Complaint – Tish Stewart (4) SACS – Student Authentication – Tish Stewart. The following item was added under SBCJC Business: (1) Presidium update – Christian Pruett.

Audra Leverton made the motion to accept agenda; Jennifer Leimer seconded the motion. Motion carried.

III. Approval of April 2010 Minutes. Correct Diann Nichols and Ellene McCrimon’s names under college representatives. Jennifer Leimer made the motion to accept the minutes after making the corrections; Jackie Bailey-Hall seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Blackboard Issues a. The Upgrade Plan. Blackboard is currently down for the upgrade. Sean McGuire has really impressed us with his knowledge of our Blackboard system. There are some things that have
