i. Students will now be deleted when they are deleted or withdrawn from a course which was a major issue for us in the Summer. Keri asked about seat counts and that issue has been resolved and should not be an issue for as for the Fall. Keri asked when it will go into effect-Fall enrollments have not been sent so this is not an issue. Fall enrollments will start processing when Audra Kimble, new Assistant Executive Director of eLearning makes the call for the files to process.

Open Forum

a. SCORM content-Christa Sayers i. Prior to InstructureCon, a workforce development instructor provided her with SCORM content off a disk. She corresponded with Jeremy S. Jeremy stated that Canvas does not have a native SCORM content player but that they could put one in place but would cost the group to put a player in place. Agreement was made that Audra and Akiah needed to meet with Jeremy S about to possibly start a contract. MCC will send Akiah and Audra the information about SCORM content. They will look at the need for having this content as a group. b. Respondus Lock Down Browser-Phyllis i. Phyllis reminded the group to download the newest Respondus LDB. We were sent a new link to download for the lab and to provide teachers with this information as well.

Phyllis encouraged the group to recommend the use of LDB on their campus as it prevents the printing of tests after the test is completed. There is a place to put a checkmark which means that even from grades, students cannot print their exams after the fact. Akiah stated that she will send an email with the 4.0 Patch for Respondus for instructors who want to build in Respondus.
