Colleges are processing and submitting data in the correct order, but the data is not being sent to Canvas correctly. Audra Kimble stated that State Board is required to send up every deleted record to get the enrollments correct in Canvas. iii. Keri Cole explained that colleges are not seeing this issue with traditional courses. The traditional students are being deleted and removed, and do not later appear in Canvas. iv. ELCs are in agreement that the ET should filter enrollments, and send State Board should send Canvas one file containing the most current status.
