II. Approval of Agenda. Jennifer James made the motion to accept agenda; Phyllis Johnson seconded the motion. Motion carried.

III. Approval of January 2014 Minutes. Jennifer Leimer made the motion to accept minutes; Elizabeth Spooner seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Unfinished Business a. Retention Software Demos on Dropguard and AspireEDU i. Kim Harris presented Dropguard retention software.

1. Northeast has been using Dropguard since Fall 2011. Northeast is currently piloting the integration of DropGuard in Canvas. a. Currently the only data being pulled from Canvas are students who haven’t submitted two weeks of assignments, and course login. Students can also view their attendance in Canvas. Canvas grades are not synced with Dropguard.
