a. Quality and Support - Jason Zuehlke provided a reminder concerning the follow-up needs survey that was previously emailed out. The key points are: b. The deadline for submitting responses to the follow-up needs survey is April 1st. c. So far, nine colleges have submitted data for the survey. d. Once all responses are received after the April 1st deadline, the results will be compiled. e. The compiled results from the follow-up needs survey will be shared and discussed during the next meeting. 1. Angel Nickens inquired about the usage of the Register Blast text messaging feature among the colleges present. The key points regarding this feature are as follows: The Register Blast text messaging feature allows colleges to send text messages directly to students. The cost of using this feature is approximately two cents per student, which is considered relatively inexpensive. Angel asked if any of the colleges were currently utilizing this text messaging capability provided by Register Blast. A few colleges responded that they are indeed using the Register Blast text messaging feature. It was noted that the feature is very simple to use for sending messages to students. The low cost of around two cents per message was highlighted as an advantage of this text messaging service.
