Section 2: Committee Membership Each standing committee shall consist of a Chair, Secretary, and Association Members. Each member is expected to be an active participant within the committee. Section 3: Duties of the Standing Committee Chair The duties of the chair shall include:

A. Schedule meetings B. Prepare agendas C. Preside over meetings D. Prepare and deliver committee reports Section 4: Chair Term

Each chair shall serve for a two-year term. Section 5: Committee Responsibilities Each committee shall: A. Consider and make recommendations to the Association. B. Develop goals and objectives in alignment with the goals of the MSVCC.
