Appendix A: Memorandum of Agreement

MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR MISSISSIPPI VIRTUAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE PARTICIPATION FY 20XX

Agreement is made this the 1st day of July, 20XX, between the Mississippi Community College Board (hereinafter referred to as the MCCB) and “College Name” Community College (hereinafter referred to as the College). This Memorandum of Agreement describes the system through which the College and the MCCB will operate the Mississippi Virtual Community College (hereafter called the MSVCC). The Parties Agree to the Following: 1) The College agrees to participate in the Mississippi Virtual Community College (MSVCC) and to adhere to the conditions and guidelines set forth in the Criteria for State Reimbursement of Mississippi Virtual Community College Courses and the MSVCC Policies and Procedures Manual . 2) The MCCB agrees to disburse state funds for students who are enrolled in the MSVCC as set forth in the conditions and guidelines found within the State Funding for Mississippi Virtual Community College Consortium document of the Agreement. 3) The conditions set forth in this agreement may be modified, altered, or changed only by written agreement signed by both parties hereto.

This agreement is hereby signed and dated by the Chief Executive Officer of the MCCB and the College as follows:
