H OW TO P ERFORM A Q UICK C HECK IN THE R EGISTRY The NCCER Registry is equipped with a function called Quick Check . This allows users with certain roles to quickly access a detailed list of training or credentials test takers and organizational users have completed.

1. Log in to the NCCER Registry .

2. Select your Role from the drop-down menu.

NOTE : See the Support article How To Perform a Quick Check in the Registry for a list of roles with access to this feature.

3. Hover your mouse over Credentials and select Quick Check .

4. Read the Instructions tab and then proceed to Step 5.

5. Select Quick Check and

choose either NCCER Card # or Alternate ID # from the dropdown menu labeled “Quick Check User Record with”.
