H OW TO R EASSIGN AN E XPIRED T EST A SSIGNMENT The Test Assignments screenwill display an “ EndDate ” for assignments that are being replaced by an updated version and have an upcoming expiration scheduled. When a Test-Taker tries to click the Start button for these assigned tests after the expiration has occurred, the systemwill not allow the test to start. The remedy for this situation is to delete the assignment for the expired test and create a new assignment for the updated version of the test. Once the test-taker has been added to the new assignment for the updated version, then the test will start and proceed as normal. Please use these step-by-step instructions to access the Testing System, locate and delete the expired assignment, and create the new assignment for the updated version of the module test.

1. Log in to the Testing System at https://registry.nccer.org .

2. Choose your Testing Location from the available list.

3. Select the Test Assignments button.

4. Locate the expired module from the list of assignments, and then click the View button.

Note : If no Test-Takers are assigned to the expired test (the Delete button will be blue), you may click the Delete button now instead of the View button, and then skip to Step 8 in these instructions.

5. Select the Delete button next to each student assigned to the expired module.
