IHL Update: Dual Enrollment/Dual Credit and FAITH Scholarships Rogers will provide an update on the first year of implementation of the FAITH Scholarship and Dual Enrollment/Dual Credit Scholarship. She will offer a breakdown of awards by institution and provide a demographic profile of recipients. She will also discuss program challenges and anticipated changes for the future.

March 8 th TBD EnrollmentAudit and Reporting (eARS) Guidelines for Beginners/2024 eARS Guidelines This is a two-part presentation and two-way conversation. Part I: The Enrollment Audit and Reporting manual provides guidance for monitoring reviews and enrollment data uploads. The manual also contains helpful references that support college monitoring and upload activities. This session provides fundamental information about the design of the manual and the ways users can navigate its contents with increased ease. Whether new to enrollment data management or a seasoned player in the data upload or monitoring game, this session is presented to equip any user with techniques that will improve the utility of this important resource manual. Part II: Outlines the current updates to the 2024 eARS guidelines. The MCCB team will also share its observations from the enrollment data upload process and monitoring reviews from previous terms.Your comments are welcome as a part of this discussion. SDC 2024 Understanding the State FTE Funding Formula This presentation is a breakdown of the full-time equivalency (FTE) funding formula used by the MS Community College Board to determine which students may be counted for the purpose of state reimbursement. It emphasizes the significance of accurate and intentional data collection and accurate accounting of student for-credit course enrollment. Participants should gain a basic understanding of the importance of data quality and integrity relative to the FTE reimbursement. 10:15 – 11:30 am
