The Mississippi public community and junior colleges shall utilize the following definition as a guide for expending funds associated with advanced training centers:

In Senate Bill 2964, the Legislature appropriated out of the state general fund a total of $2,250,000 to the Mississippi Community College Board for the purpose of defraying the cost of Advanced Training Centers at each of the public community and junior colleges for FY 2018.

Monitoring may be performed on the expenditure of the funds. Funds appropriated for Advanced Training Centers must be spent in accordance with S.B. 2964 and the above definition.
