PROBATIONARY PERIOD AND TERMINATION AT WILL

General Statement of the Policy: Every employee, including transfers and promotions, upon hire must successfully serve a six-month probationary period. During the probationary period, the employee’s work and conduct are carefully observed. As an At-Will employee, the probationary employee may be terminated or demoted with or without cause and without due process by the employer.
