The minutes from the May meeting were approved.

Tish Stewart led a discussion concerning multi-campus conflicts with Blackboard snapshot files. She suggested that there be a list of contacts from each campus that can immediately help with conflict resolution. A discussion then followed concerning various problems encountered this semester.

 Can the enrollment tool snapshot files be processed after the individual school files? Currently it takes two different snapshot runs to correct an enrollment tool error.
