Audra Leverton made the motion to add MSVCC Reporting & Survey information to the Faculty Evaluator Role. Chris Jenkins seconded the motion.

c) NEW REQUEST i).

There has been an additional role request. The association was provided a handout on the role request. This request has already been sent to the enrollment tool committee and they are in favor of the recommendation. The request is to delete the sentence “Additional information regarding the registration process will be sent to the email account listed below.” This change only affects those schools using self registration. ii). Tish Stewart made the motion to accept the change. Audra Leverton seconded the motion.

QUALITY ii.

Jennifer Leimer discussed in the last meeting that she was looking at some evaluation tools that could be used consortium wide. She is still looking at various options and will provide this information to the quality committee for further discussions. PROCTOR CONTACT INFORMATION c) Buffy Matthews updated the DLC and proctor contact listing that was originally provided during the June meeting. That information is posted in the Blackboard Community site. If you have not done so already, please provide her with necessary updates. d) We would also like to thank Julia Parker for updating this information in the Blackboard Community site. Way to go!!! Tish Stewart stated that we would be updating the MSVCC Policies and Procedures on Wednesday, October 8 th of the DLC bootcamp. v. It is imperative that you are present for the updating of the MSVCC Policies & Procedures manual. All decisions require a 2/3 vote of all schools in the system. vi. Christian stated that it is also important that we are able to answer questions that our Presidents may have regarding our policies and procedures.

Terry Pollard covered the Presidium Report (handout provided to the group). Please refer to the handout for detailed information. ii. Please note that the three conference calls during the first week of school are optional. They are only provided for those that may be experience some problems with Presidium technical support. iii. Presidium updates are needed. Please see item 2.b. for the types of updates needed.
