APPROVAL OF AGENDA. Agenda was approved as is.

III. APPROVAL OF JULY 2008 MINUTES. Jackie Bailey Hall made a motion to accept the mintues and Audra Leverton seconded. Minutes were approved as presented

IV. BLACKBOARD DISCUSSIONS (10:30 – 11:30AM) – Jim Wohland came on board and took Stacey Bryant’s place with Bb. Feels that Jim will do a great job for MSVCC and excited to have him on board. He will be in Washington the first two weeks of the fall term. Hourly updates during the first two weeks of the fall. We’ve been assured that we will not experience the same problems that we had in the fall semester. This will be the first fall that we are truly integrated. a. NEW BLACKBOARD CONTACT b. SP2 UPGRADE – CHRISTIAN PRUETT – received the email this morning that the installation has been turned over to services. Usha in the process of adding our customization. Please communicate very clearly when the proctored exams will be taking place. When the system becomes sluggish, Christian will be contacting Bb to correct the problem with the sloweness of the system. Phil will have people on stand by on the dates that we know there will be more traffic on d the system. The sloweness should be correct within twenty to thirty minutes. We
