CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order at 10:00a.m.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA. a. The following item was added to the agenda: Proctored Evaluation Form – Derrix Betts (item IV. h). APPROVAL OF MAY 2009 MINUTES. a. The May minutes were emailed to everyone on June 24 th . We would like to thank Audra Leverton for transcribing those minutes for us. This was a difficult task with her hand injury and four hours worth of audio tapes. The following changes should be made to the May minutes: (1) Jackie Bailey Hall was present for the May meeting; Buffy Matthews was not present. b. Derrix Betts made the motion to accept the minutes. Tish Stewart seconded the motion. Minutes were approved with the changes. NEW BUSINESS a. Boot Camp – Tish Stewart. Christian would like to thank Tish for all of her hard work, along with the others involved in the planning process. The goal right now is to come up with a theme. As we began evaluating potential locations, we started thinking about those in the north part of the state. We were able to get excellent room rates and meeting rooms. The rooms $56/night. To
