I. CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order at 10:00am by President Tish Stewart. (Wimba facilitator Terry Pollard)

APPROVAL OF AGENDA. a. The following items were added to the agenda: Tish wanted to add Resources and access to Blackboard 9.0. Holly Melvin needs a clarification on transcripts (should they be in the Enrollment Tool) b. Audra Leverton made the motion to approve the agenda; Jennifer Leimer seconded the motion. Approval of the Minutes a. Corrections: Holly Melvin is seeking clarification on transcripts. Dr. Pruett stated that all transcripts should remain in the Enrollment Tool until the Deans make the final decision on whether the transcripts, without SSN and DOB, can remain listed. b. Tish recommended that Transcripts issue will be moved to March meeting at Creating Futures. c. Buffy Matthews approved the minutes; Audra Leverton seconded the motion.
