Tish Steward discussed requests from her proctors.

1. Instructor should add an announcement listing the name of the course and section number. 2. When choosing passwords, the instructors should not use symbols; number one (1); lower case l; capital O or the number zero (0). 3. Please limit tests to two hours. Please see page 19 on the MSVCC Policies and Procedures Manual. 4. The proctored exam information areas, Permitted Materials and Special Needs, were discussed at length. The group asked Chris Square to compose a request for a “None” radio button to be added to each field. Phyllis Johnson suggested changing the Learning Circle to Sharing Circle. We will continue with the assigned schedule. The assigned college will be in charge of leading the Sharing Circle discussion. Holly Melvin requested that an indicator be added to the grading tool that alerts eLC/other users when grades have been modified after they have been submitted.
