Strategic Planning Committee Reports

Technology Committee – Chris Square reported that the Technology Committee met Monday, June 13 th . They reviewed the Enrollment Tool Manual. The plan is to have the document completely update by the 1 st week in November. The group approved adding a radio button for the option of “none” to the proctored exam sections, Special Needs and Allowed Materials. The group all approved adding a “Date Modified” option to the grades submitted section.

Administration Committee - Tish Stewart provided a no show policy statement –

A student is considered a “No Show” when he has not logged into the course and/or completed an orientation exercise during the first two weeks of the online semester in the fall and spring. For the summer and short term semesters, the duration will be one week.

Jennifer Leimer moved to approve the statement. The motion was seconded and carried.
