e. Update on Enrollment Tool Request. The ET request where a radio button will be added to the proctor exam page has not been completed by Ive. This button will indicate that the instructor is not allowing materials during a proctored exam. The button needs to be labeled as “NONE”. The instructors will click on this button if there are no materials permitted during a proctored exam. But if materials are permitted, the instructors will include the information in the permitted materials box. Christian will discuss this request with Ive. f. New ET Request. The Enrollment Tool committee submitted an ET request that would include a “Last Modified” column on the Final Grade Listing page. After instructors submit their final grades, they are able to go in the ET and modify grades. So there needs to be a column to show the date the instructor modified the grades. An image of the request is attached. g. Audit. Mississippi Board of Community Colleges have stated that they will not extend the audit date beyond the 6 th week. A small change will be made in the Enrollment Tool to show the date a student is re-enrolled in an online course. The reinstate date will be located on the course roster in the Enrollment Tool. To reinstate a student, the ELCs will need to continue to remove the withdrawal status and then re-enroll the student into the class. Jennifer Leimer asked if students are reinstated after the audit date, does the college get funds for those students? Beverlin said that the students must be active in the class the last day of the 6 th week in order to be counted in the audit. After that day, the student is not counted within the audit. The ELCs will have to provide documentation if the student is reinstated after the audit date.
