I. Call to Order. The meeting was called to order at 10:05 a.m.

II. Approval of May Agenda. Keri-Comment during Open Forum

Jennifer Leimer made the motion to accept the agenda; Keri Cole seconded the motion. Motion carried.

III.

Approval of April Minutes.

Holly Melvin made the motion to accept the minutes; Krista LeBrun seconded the motion. Motion carried.

IV.

Unfinished Business a. By-Laws Committee Assignments. The President should appoint all committee members and so that is why the change was made. They will be changed again next year. A list of the committees and its’ members are enclosed.
