c. Jennifer Leimer asked if there was a way to check any activity in Canvas similar to what they did in D2L. Specifically she can’t see when a student was placed into Canvas. Such as the student was enrolled at 9:02 am and un-enrolled at 9:03 pm. d. Jennifer also asked about last access for the course not truly being last access to the course but rather true logins to Canvas. Jennifer stated she requested a feature request where instructors can see course access as an overview instead of looking at student by student access. Stacey mentioned that several features were being made available on a RoadMap we saw at Canvas. e. Keri asked when the colleges were sending files up enrollments, faculty, etc. because she manually has to change the term dates to allow teachers to start building ahead of time. f. Discussed the adding of having Canvas Sharing Circle each ELC meeting since there are so many features and we are trying to learn the features and functions. Keri asked if Akiah could speak with Kevin and only send us Error reports instead of the lengthy reports we have been receiving.

Dates a. Audits will close on the 28th at 11:59pm. b. Evaluation dates for Summer (links become available). Akiah will get them open today and end on Friday July 12 which is also the last day to withdrawal. c. July Meeting will be held on July 25th online @ 10:00am. Last meeting with Keri as acting President. d. Bootcamp dates are September 25-27th. Will be held on the coast. Location TBD. e. Meeting adjourned at 12:05 pm for lunch
