some of the mini-term dates – students needing a 4-week class in December. The term offering schedule was listed in detail on this handout. 2. A draft agenda was passed out. The May 1 st meeting will be held at the Muse Center – Hinds CC Rankin Campus from 10 am – 3 pm. Akiah stated that the MCCB staff will help with the facilitation of breakout sessions after lunch. The topics were based on the topics added to the GoogleDoc that each college filled out. Audra went over the different topics on ‘page 3 of 4’.

h. ET and Canvas File Conversion

i. Audra stated that there is discussion to have a different file conversion from ET to Canvas, so that the last status of the student is reflected. More to come at a later meeting in hopes to have this by the start of Fall. The cost Canvas quoted was originally $25,000, but now Canvas says they can do it for $3,000.

Open Forum

a. AspireEDU – Jennifer Leimer i. Jennifer Leimer asked what the AspireEDU status was. Audra stated that ITS is working on the contract. A June 1 st launch is expected. Northwest was a second pilot, and they are able to see the cross-over (non-Northwest) students in their pilot. Training will be conducted after the launch.

b. ET Wish List will be discussed at the May meeting.
