Audra will send an email for recommendations. i. Keri stated that previously, a recommendation was made for addition of Blackboard Administrator who would serve as liaison for the ET. She stated that the Admin Committee would like to recommend hiring a program analyst who would work under Audra and assist in areas related to the ET such as programming and a state proctor- scheduling system. The group did not express objections, so the next step is to come up with a job description. 1. Beverlin asked the group to take into consideration that the person for the positon would need to have a server. ii. The job description will be presented at the next eLearning meeting, and a vote will take place.

Open Forum

a. Haley Duck questioned if there was a policy regarding which courses and terms could be pulled into their local offering. Kimberly and Audra informed her that each institution can select TERMS it wishes to pull in to its local offering. This is an institutional policy. However, once you make a term available you must be prepared to pull in any courses that you are accredited for (have in your catalog) once you have evaluated it and it meets your standards.

b. Haley said that Meridian’s email will be down until the end of the week, please contact them by phone.
