a. A webinar will be setup before April meeting to see what the systems has to offer. Colleges that were given access are pleased with what the system provides. There are some requested modifications. 1. Brandi McGraw passed out information and did a presentation on how the system works at ICC. a. Vote to adopt i. More information and parameters need to be set up before voting on adopting 1. Blackboard will be up for renewal soon and the use of BB tools. The committee request colleges participate in survey to determine the usage and necessity of voice tools and instant messaging. Zoom and WizIQ are current optional tools.
