c. Christa Wilhite indicated issue with passwords not being pulled over to RegisterBlast, Buffy Matthews stated that Andrew indicated it was a problem due to synching.

2. Retakes

a. Keri questioned how the group is handling retakes. If a problem occurs or test is lost, a second scheduling session has to be created. Audra stated that this is a programming issue that SmarterProctoring needs to correct. Kandace Martin handled a similar issue by completing an issue form. Afterward, student reschedule another appointment in SmarterProctoring.

c. MSVCC Website Information

i. State Board has contracted with a website data management system; changes are forthcoming to the square space site. Keri Cole suggested adding a link to the list of the 55 proctor locations.

a. Haley Duck indicated instructors are not able to submit mid-term grades because the ET is not open to enter grades until Friday. Audra stated the dates have to be voted on by the group to be changed. Jennifer James will add to ET wish list to present at eLearning Retreat.
