B. Other - Holmes asked about looking at reports in enrollment tool. Hinds - course titles in surveys had another schools titles. Ive corrected. Holmes – grade distribution in spreadsheet. Couldn’t define terms for retention, success, etc, because each school defines it different. Retention review report can be sorted by term. Info was changing as people input grades. MGCC: It is number #19 on our ET Wish List that was sent by Audra to the ELC group on July 15th at 5:38p.m. Hinds – checking on other wish list items with Ive, etc. Audra – trying to do a better job of tracking issues. Submit ticket for things not working correctly. Don’t email. Requests should be emailed to Audra and Beverlin. Hinds – Looking at reports there is a report for students that includes all terms, text delimited file. Possibly reword what we are asking for in wish list. Hinds showed file as is. Update was asked for number of letter grades, etc. Hinds (JJ) is going to go back thru and double check everything and make sure all requests are correct and clarified. Do we retain info from this semester forward? Do away with accessing the old ET for data…eventually we will lose access to the old ET. Reminder: Talk to presidents about technical specialist position prior to their meeting Tuesday.
