B. Potential SmarterProctoring/RegisterBlast Training with ELCs, proctors, etc. (Kimberly Ellis) PRCC proctors struggling with RB. Possibility of a statewide meeting and training for ELC’s and proctors. May 23rd – 27th possible week. Will check with Hinds regarding the MUSE Center and update group in near future. C. Calendar for Pulling in Courses (Tish Stewart) Calendar for MSVCC for pulling courses, etc. (Responsibility of Admin Committee in past – Admin will continue with it.). 1. No shows 2. Pulled courses 3. Early Registration D. Gifts – Bring monetary donation to April meeting. Will be used for gift cards. E. Student Names and emails changing in Canvas. Some colleges allow that right and others don’t. You can hover over a number to show student name. Jennifer Leimer questions about profile modifications in JavaScript file when UI flips. Tish Stewart is having issues with customization in new UI. Kimberly Ellis says that course nicknames on course cards show up and not SIS name. Supposedly there is a setting that keeps names from being changed. Tish Stewarts wants Canvas training from Canvas on the new UI. F. BOT Courses - Some of the new BOT courses are not in the ET at this time. If those are taught, remove them from course file before uploading file. Can’t be added.
