Canvas Consortium Call – May 30 th at 11 a.m. 1. Admin Console Training: The agenda has been finalized and invites have been sent out to all administrators. One of the key items to be discussed during the call is admin console training, particularly focusing on Canvas support cases and the use of the Canvas dashboard. This request originated from one of the colleges, seeking an overview of how to manage support tickets and other dashboard functionalities. Dr. Wilhite sought the group’s opinion on the usefulness of the training session and any specific requests they might have.
