wasn’t theirs. The issue was suspected to be either a Canvas permission issue or related to Dropout Detective's advisor role privileges. Delta couldn't replicate the issue to document it properly. ii. East Central: A student’s account showed activity from an IP address while the instructor, Jerry Lynn, was on PTO in a different county. A support ticket was filed, but the issue remained unresolved. iii. PRCC: Admin activity was noted during sleep hours. Students appeared to access JSON files via API, suggesting unusual permissions issues.
