Current Handling of Responsibilities: Dr. Lebrun and Christa Wilhite are currently managing the responsibilities of Dr. Stokes. Any inquiries related to the Academy or professional development should be directed to Dr. Lebrun, Christa Wilhite, or sent via email to the MSVCC. 2. Potential Cancellations: Some sessions hosted by Dr. Stokes may be canceled if a replacement is not found in time. 3. Future Plans: The team is working on modifying the job description for Dr. Stokes' position. The intention is to post the position and fill it as quickly as possible. b. SmarterServices Discounted Rates - New proctoring services are available through SmarterServices. 1. The original contract includes negotiated prices that are not dependent on FTE or the number of hybrid/live proctored exams. a. Negotiated discount: approximately $4.75 per bracket. 2. Cost Breakdown: a. Exams under 30 minutes: Current cost is $12, proposed increase to $14.25. b. 60-minute session: $14.25. c. 90-minute session: Reduced from $22 to $17. d. 300-minute session: Reduced from $40 to $38.25. 3. Contract Amendment: a. The amendment to the contract with these new prices has been submitted. b. Institutions are not obligated to use these services and can charge students more if desired.
